The facility features five state-of-the-art surgical suites, several of which are fully dedicated to advanced and orthopedic procedures, supported by cutting-edge imaging tools like digital radiography, dental X-rays, and ultrasound. You'll be working alongside a large and experienced team of over 30 veterinarians and 30 RVTs, including several who have advanced training in orthopedic and minimally invasive surgery. About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Must hold an Ohio State License or have the ability to obtain one
• 2+ years of clinical experience in small animal medicine
• A genuine passion for orthopedic surgery and a desire to grow in this area
• Comfortable with—or eager to develop—skills in procedures such as fracture repair and TPLOs
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
• Competitive base salary with total compensation potential of $200K–$250K
• Production bonus with no negative accrual
