Job summary

Lodi Veterinary Care in Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Veterinary Service Specialist to join the Companion Animal team. The role focuses on client interaction, education, and accurate scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Lodi Veterinary Care is adding full-time Veterinary Service Specialists to our Companion Animal team. Candidates must have great communication skills, be focused on customer service, and enjoy a fast paced environment. Knowledge of veterinary medicine would be helpful, but not required. Our facility is located just 20 minutes North of Madison and we are nestled in the beautiful Lake Wisconsin valley. We take pride in exceptional customer service, advanced veterinary care, and our caring and dedicated team. Candidates must be dependable, prompt, and able to multi-task. Duties include but are not limited to: telephone communications, client interaction and education, collecting payments, computerized scheduling, data entry, assisting with daily planning and communications with CVT's and DVM's, and light cleaning. Candidates must be able to lift 40# to assist clients with food orders and be able to stand for extended periods of time. Hours will include evenings and a weekend rotation.
