AmeriVet Veterinary Partners is seeking a full-time Veterinary Service Specialist to join our Companion Animal team at Lodi Veterinary Care, located just 20 minutes north of Madison. Our facility is located just 20 minutes north of Madison in the beautiful Lake Wisconsin valley. We take pride in exceptional customer service, advanced veterinary care, and a caring and dedicated team.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be dependable, prompt, and able to multi‑task. Duties include: telephone communications, client interaction and education, collecting payments and processing orders, computerized scheduling, data entry, assisting with daily planning, communicating with CVTs and DVMs, light cleaning, and supporting client needs. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lb, stand for extended periods, and work evenings and a weekend rotation.

Qualifications: strong customer‑service orientation, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, basic knowledge of veterinary medicine (helpful but not required), and a willingness to learn.
