We are looking for a driven, reliable, extremely organized, pet passionate individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a veterinary hospital environment to help build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with veterinary practices in Chester and Delaware Counties.

This full-time independent contractor field sales position involves visiting veterinary practices, building relationships, and educating hospital teams on the advantages of having insured clients and how to incorporate this into their workflow. It is an excellent opportunity for experienced vet techs, CSRs, or practice managers seeking a groundbreaking industry role. Does this sound like you?

The ideal candidate must be comfortable with a full-time commitment, possess a high level of activity, and be open to growth, with earning potential increasing year over year.

Requirements:
  • Must reside within the territory and be willing to visit hospitals 25-30 hours weekly, along with administrative work from a home office.
  • Thorough understanding of the veterinary industry (minimum of 3 years veterinary clinic experience preferred).
  • Alternatively, 2 years of consulting sales experience if no veterinary background.
  • Passion for helping eliminate economic euthanasia in dogs and cats.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with veterinary practices in the market/territory.
  • Ability to confidently present to hospital owners and staff.
  • Pet passionate with a strong belief in our mission to enable responsible pet owners to provide the best care for their pets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain courteous, efficient, and professional relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, persistence, and patience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, professional appearance.
  • Sales & marketing background is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Valid, clean driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
The Skills We Provide:
  • Requirement to acquire and maintain a P&C Insurance License.
  • One-week remote training via Zoom, highly interactive.
Compensation:
  • Starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 on a full-time basis.
  • Potential for rapid growth based on performance.
