As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact—whether in person or over the phone, and will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every client and patient. We’re looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team dedicated to exceptional client and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients and check in patients
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Accurately input client and patient information
  • Process payments and handle invoices
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding services, policies, and pet needs
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the veterinary team as needed

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Has prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception setting (preferred, but not required)
  • Possesses strong customer service and communication skills
  • Is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure
  • Has a genuine love for animals and providing support to their humans
  • Is comfortable working with computers and learning veterinary software systems
  • Is available to work some evening and weekend shifts
