Grady Animal Hospital is ready to hire a veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team.

A successful applicant will be proficient in both the front and back offices of the clinic and able to handle communications with all patients, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and direct telephone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Answer questions and resolve problems for clients.
  • Track and manage client information.
  • Manage client referrals.
  • Maintain records on pets in the practice.
  • Understand different business plans in a veterinary practice.
  • Interpret medical terminology.
