Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Town & Country Animal Clinic, a leading veterinary clinic known for its compassionate care and friendly environment, is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team and become the welcoming face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every pet and their owner receives the care and attention they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
• Assist clients with filling out paperwork and updating their pet's information
• Handle payments and process invoices accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary clinic or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills, including google suite and scheduling software
• Passion for animals and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
