New Tampa Animal Hospital is a two-doctor practice that has been locally established for 13 years and is continually growing. We are ready to hire a veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team.

Successful candidates will have a dedication to patient and client care, and two years of experience in the veterinary field.

Our wonderful clients love their pets and trust us to help them make the best healthcare choices. Many have been with us for over a decade, allowing us to care for their dogs from puppyhood to senior years. They appreciate our supportive staff, who contribute to positive veterinary visits.

Our Customer Service Representatives are integral in our daily operations, offering a range of administrative and customer service tasks, including:

  3. Performing end-of-day reconciliation and accurate billing
  4. Managing patient records
  5. Maintaining knowledge of preventative healthcare recommendations
