Qualifications

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital—greeting clients in person, on the phone, and via text.
• Manage multiple phone lines and client communications efficiently and with empathy.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client and patient records using our practice management software.
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent client experiences.
• Provide clear and compassionate client education about our services, preventive care, and follow‑up recommendations.
• Handle retail transactions, assist with pet weight checks, and keep front desk and lobby welcoming and organized.
• Support teammates—pitching in where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence.
