• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phones and emails
• Processing payments
• Collecting medical histories
• Assisting with light administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Empathy
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to be versatile in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion for animals and a genuine interest in their well-being
• Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
• Have experience working in a veterinary clinic
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology
