Our veterinary receptionists are integral to our daily operations by:

• Warmly and professionally greeting clients and their pets

• Answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient and client records

• Processing invoices, payments, and client communications

• Working closely with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations

Successful candidates will have:

• A love for animals and helping people

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• A calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is preferred
