Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized hospital calendar.
• Manage client and patient records accurately.
• Process invoices and collect payments.
• Communicate hospital information, policies, and next steps clearly to clients.
• Respond to client questions with compassion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support efficient patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks and medical record requests as needed.
• Jump in and help the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.
