Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a friendly receptionist for Mountain Animal Hospital Center in Eagle, CO. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, handle appointments, and process payments while supporting a busy, caring team.

You’ll contribute to client education on preventive care and provide compassionate service in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary software experience is a plus and some weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a love for animals.
• Strong communication skills with calm judgment under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services for pets.
