Join our Team as a Veterinary Receptionist

Are you an animal lover with excellent customer service skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Our busy veterinary clinic is looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

Location: Animal Clinic of Grand Prairie

Position: Full-Time

Job Description: Greet clients and their furry friends, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and manage records. Process payments, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and support the veterinary team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in a Veterinary clinic or animal hospital preferred
  • Passion for animals and customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with scheduling software (a plus but not required)
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients
  • Answer a multi-line phone system
  • Schedule appointments
  • Process payments
  • Maintain the front office/receptionist area
  • Support the veterinary team and doctors

Requirements:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Previous experience in animal care is preferred but not required
  • Experience in Customer Service
