Riverside Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to support front desk operations in a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital. You will handle calls, scheduling, client greeting, and ensure paperwork and discharge instructions are accurately maintained.

Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, and able to multi-task, with a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• In-person presence is required to support hospital operations and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Greet clients and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain hospital paperwork and review invoices or discharge instructions.
