Ark Animal Hospital (Pace) in Pace, Florida is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and patients. You will manage a multi-line calls, schedule appointments, and handle billing with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and reflect compassionate care in every interaction.
• Ensure seamless care coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure the best care for every pet.
• Embody compassion and empathy: provide a calming presence for clients and treat each pet like your own.
