Vista Vet Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge in Round Rock, TX is seeking a client service representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and provide essential information about our services to clients.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods.

Vista Vet Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Schedule And Compensation

• Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
