Our Client Care Team is the first and last impression visitors have of the Pet Care Clinic of the High Country. In addition to representing Pet Care Clinic with compassion and professionalism, our Client Care Team plays an invaluable role in our daily operations by:

• Managing multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar efficiently
• Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries
• Collecting and updating client information in the system accurately
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Processing payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
