Our veterinary receptionists are the face of our practice. This role is integral to our community's reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls and addressing client inquiries with an upbeat attitude
• Coordinating with the veterinary team for patient care
• Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
• Responding to emails and text messages
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book
• Documenting communications and updating patient charts
• Handling payments and end-of-day reconciliation
• Ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
• Handling administrative tasks with efficiency
• Creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for pets and owners
