North Westchester Veterinary Office is seeking a receptionist who loves animals and people to join our close-knit team in Westchester County. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, and help coordinate patient care with a focus on compassionate service.
You will maintain medical records, handle appointments and payments, and educate clients on preventative care while growing professionally in a supportive environment with on-site ultrasound and lab capabilities.
