Warm and Fuzzy Veterinary Center in Maryland is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our family-oriented team. If you are customer service‑driven, personable, and enjoy a flexible schedule with mentorship and career growth, we want to talk.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary front desk or customer service preferred.
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to mentor/advance.
• 12-hour shifts with 3-day work weeks and day shifts will be offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, handle front desk duties, manage schedules and check‑ins.
• Coordinate appointment flow to maintain 20–40 minute blocks and smooth patient flow.
• Support the team with CSRs to ensure excellent client communication.

• Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center (W&FVC) currently has 3 full-time Doctors, 2 part-time Doctors, 1 PRN Doctor, 10 Veterinary Technicians, 1 Practice Manager, and 5 Receptionists.
• Our hospital is beautiful, newly built out, and comes equipped with a fantastic employee break room, a covered outdoor break area, walking distance to local restaurants, unlimited coffee, as well as top-of-the-line phone systems and computer systems to make your job as seamless as possible!
• We prioritize client interaction and schedule 20-40 minute appointment blocks to help with consistent flow at the front desk.
• We have a fabulous, highly trained support staff with a minimum of 2, and typically 3 Technicians per Doctor. We support you with teams of 3 knowledgeable and efficient CSRs working at all times to ensure effective client communication and great patient flow throughout the day.
• W&FVC is located in Eastern Maryland, close to Baltimore City and a stone’s throw from the amazing Chesapeake Bay. The mountains, the beach, and 3 major cities are within driving distance, making our location a hub to explore the East Coast.
