Mission Veterinary Partners seeks a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to deliver exceptional client service and support our veterinary team at Lisbon Road Animal Hospital. You will handle client interactions, manage scheduling, and ensure accurate communication regarding services and payments. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, computer literacy, and a genuine affection for animals.

Shift Details: This is a part-time position (under 30 hours/week). This position will include covering a General Practice shift one (1) day a week. Also, this role will include a shift in Urgent Care on Saturday, 8pm-6pm!
Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)
Urgent Care shifts are eligible for a $5.00/hour shift differential.

Job Summary: The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
