Job summary

Eastside Animal Hospital in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our walk-in veterinary practice. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, handle financial transactions, and help maintain medical records.

You will support Spanish-speaking clients and contribute to a high-volume, urgent-care environment during extended hours, Monday through Friday 7:30 am–7:00 pm. You’ll work with a compassionate team focused on accessible, quality care.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
