Family Pet Clinic in Horsham, PA, is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to greet clients, manage appointments, and support the front desk in a busy veterinary setting. This role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and collaboration with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year front desk experience in medical or animal-care environments, strong communication skills, and a genuine love of animals.

We are looking for a professional whodemonstratescomposure under pressure, a genuine affinity for animals, and the interpersonalskills to support clients across a wide range of experiences — including those that are emotionally demanding. Veterinary-specific knowledge is notrequired; comprehensive onboarding and training will be provided.
As you join our mission, expect to be supported in your work and home life with:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, determined by the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays and two evening shifts each week. Scheduled shifts may include: 8:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and rotating every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Experience in a veterinary clinic, animal care facility, or medical office; familiarity with veterinary or medical terminology; or PIMS software experience (Cornerstone,Avimark,ImproMed,eVetPractice, orezyVet) is considered a strong asset.
