Summerlin Animal Hospital is hiring an outgoing Receptionist to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Full-time benefits and compensation:

  • Compensation: $16.00-$17.50/hour
  • FT Scheduling: Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

Our clinic does not provide any grooming or boarding services, leading to a more serene workplace. We are AAHA-accredited and have 2 cat-friendly DVMs with multiple cat-friendly support staff. Cat-Friendly Practice is on the horizon as well!

We take exceptional care of our patients but realize that we must also take care of ourselves to be able to give our all at work.
