Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists (GCVS) is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join the team and help grow our amazing service. GCVS values innovation and individuality at the practice level while recognizing the power of collaboration. We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for advancing medicine.

Our 60,000 sq-ft hospital has an onsite MRI, a Varian Halcyon radiation therapy system capable of advanced radiation therapy modalities as well as an Interventional Radiology Suite. We currently have specialty practices in Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation, Radiation Oncology, Dermatology and Allergy, Avian and Exotics, Cardiology, and Anesthesiology. In addition to the specialty services, we have a 24/7/365 critical care unit including an emergency clinic, intensive care unit, and intermediate unit staffed by emergency physicians, criticalists, and hospitalists.

We enjoy the interdisciplinary collaboration between specialists that a large practice affords and support each other in the pursuit of practicing the highest quality veterinary medicine. With a focus on education, we have a large and robust intern, specialty intern, and residency program, as well as abundant opportunities to interact with the general practitioners in the area through monthly rounds meetings and our annual symposium.

Our Oncologists will enjoy a dedicated support team including LVTs, technicians, and client service coordinators as well as a strong and collaborative leadership team.
