Overview:
YGF Affordable Veterinary Clinic in Clermont, Florida is seeking an experienced and driven Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support our clinical team, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with the expectation to support on the floor as needed. Veterinary technician experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional client and patient care
2. Lead, develop, and mentor a team of veterinary professionals
3. Collaborate with medical leadership to support high-quality medicine
4. Provide hands-on support on the floor (technician skills preferred)
5. Manage inventory, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
