Job summary

CityVet Career Center in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to join our vet-led clinics that prioritize people-first care. You will support the Owner Veterinarian in managing the facility's operations, finances, and customer experience to ensure exceptional service and efficient staff management.

The role emphasizes aligning with CityVet policies and procedures, providing leadership in daily operations and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
• Minimum two years of veterinary industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Helps facilitate, encourage, and participates in improvement efforts to meet CityVet brand standards, policies and procedures and maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Partners with the Owner Veterinarian to manage, input, and publish the facility schedule to ensure efficient staffing and appointment needs are met.
• Collaborates with the Owner Veterinarian and staff to maintain inventory of office, facility, and medical supplies to ensure adequate levels.
