Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations and drive business results. You will partner with the chief of staff to develop associates and foster an engaging team environment, ensuring clients and patients have a positive experience during every visit.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and daily operations, while aligning with Banfield guidelines and the Optimum Wellness Plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related supervisory experience (health care, veterinary profession, service industry).

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates, and evaluate the hospital’s processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines/practices and educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Educate clients about services and ensure a positive client/patient experience.
