The role offers a competitive salary between $70,000 and $85,000 per year, plus eligibility for up to 15% performance-based

Qualifications

• Experience managing a veterinary hospital or clinic.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize a practice management system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
• Manage hospital operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
