Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff management: supervise and lead all practice staff and optimize schedules within labor budgets.
• Financial management: oversee budgeting, billing, expenses, and accounts receivable.
• Client relations: coach team to deliver exceptional service and monitor client feedback.
• Operations management: ensure smooth daily activities, inventory control, scheduling, and equipment upkeep.
• Marketing and community relations: execute strategies to attract and retain clients and expand local presence.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory adherence and maintain records and safety practices.
• Technology: train staff on practice software and coordinate with IT.
