• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
• Manage hospital operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Coach staff toward continuous improvement and strong client experience.
• Balance business and staff needs with initiative.
