Job summary

North Oatland Animal Hospital in Leesburg, FL is seeking a full-time Veterinary Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians and support staff. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage scheduling and inventory, coach staff, and drive HR processes.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system, ImproMed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.

North Oatland Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinicsoperations, you’ll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinicand the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $70K-$90K dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
