North Oatlands Animal Hospital in Leesburg, VA is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage scheduling and inventory, and guide colleagues toward continuous improvement while maintaining a strong client experience.

The role requires previous management experience in a veterinary setting and a business degree or CVPM preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Business degree or CVPM preferred.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.

North Oatlands Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinics operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinic and the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $70K-$105K dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
