BluePearl Pet Hospital in Langhorne, PA is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.

As a Veterinary Practice Manager:

1. You will mentor, develop, and lead a team of 70+ hourly and professional team members to excel and focus on patient care.
2. You will partner with and oversee the doctor team, medical team, and client service representatives, guiding their development.
3. You will guide financial and strategic business development to achieve hospital profitability.
4. You will handle the primary care DVM and patient referral base with sensitivity.
5. You will develop intra-staff relationships, manage HR-related issues, and ensure legal compliance.

Experience Preferred:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; CVPM designation a plus.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of success managing professionals in complex organizations within veterinary, human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.

Skills/Knowledge:
