Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply in Deforest, WI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist on Duty with processing prescriptions, labeling, packaging and shipping medications and devices to clients. You will also manage inventory and support customer service to veterinarians, pet owners and sales reps.

Responsibilities include accurately filling prescriptions, transcribing patient data into pharmacy software, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately fill prescriptions and transcribe patient data into pharmacy software.
• Provide customer service to veterinarians, pet owners, and sales reps.
• Manage filling of invoices and prescriptions.
• Complete other duties and projects as directed by Pharmacist on Duty.
