Responsibilities include leading referral partnerships, analyzing trends, and coordinating CE events, open houses, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary relations, practice management, healthcare business development, or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using data analytics to support business growth initiatives.
• Experience with social media management and community engagement preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a geographic territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians, practice leaders, and veterinary teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between TBVS and the veterinary community.
• Analyze referral data, trends, and market opportunities to develop targeted growth and marketing strategies.
• Create and execute territory plans, account strategies, and referral partner action plans.
• Manage local social media activity, content coordination, community engagement, and event promotion.
• Support CE events, hospital open houses, outreach initiatives, and referral partner programs.
• Collaborate with specialists, clinicians, and leadership to resolve concerns and improve the referral experience.
• Utilize tools and reporting to track activity, opportunities, and results.
