Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with Oncology residency completion (or residency-trained).
• PA veterinary license (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Oncology diagnostics and treatments using state-of-the-art technology.
• Collaborate with a strong, ER and multidisciplinary specialty team across Critical Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Anesthesiology, Surgery, and Oncology.
• Dedicated nursing and support staff for each department.
• Deliver compassionate, clear communication to pet owners.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, excellence, and continuous improvement.

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a full-time Oncology Veterinarian (Board-Certified or residency-trained) to join an established high-performing Oncology service. What You’ll Do And Have To Support You

• Provide advanced Oncology diagnostics and treatments using state-of-the-art technology
• Collaborate with a strong, ER and multidisciplinary specialty team (Critical Care, Diagnostic Imaging (3 radiologist, multi slice CT and 1.5 Tesla MRI, and 3 radiology suits), Neurology, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology, Anesthesiology, Surgery, and an established Oncology service!). The cardiology and radiation oncology departments are separate from BluePearl but function alongside us and are within the walls of our hospital.
• Dedicated nursing and support staff for each department
• VTS certified nursing supervisor specific to oncology
