Ethos is seeking a Veterinary Medical Oncologist in Annapolis, MD for a full-time role with a four-day workweek and a schedule that avoids new cases or transfers on weekends. We are seeking a second board-certified or residency-trained Medical Oncologist to help meet increasing demand while building upon a well-established specialty practice known for outstanding patient care and strong relationships with referring veterinarians.
Collaboration is central to how we practice medicine. You'll work closely with specialists in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Radiation Oncology, Advanced Imaging, and Emergency & Critical Care through our partnership with Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC ). Our doctors regularly participate in interactive morning rounds, journal clubs, multidisciplinary case discussions, and monthly educational sessions, creating an environment where learning and collaboration are part of everyday practice.
AVIM&&O is deeply committed to mentorship and professional development. We actively support veterinary students, interns, and residents and recently welcomed our first Internal Medicine Resident. The addition of a board-certified radiologist further strengthens our specialty services and creates additional opportunities for collaboration.

The anticipated starting base salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000 to $230,000 per year.
