You will balance clinical excellence with strategic leadership, mentor veterinarians, refine standards, and drive efficiency across hospital operations. The role emphasizes client and patient experience and collaboration with the referring community.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Licensed in Texas or eligible.
• Background in emergency medicine or board certification in ECC, oncology, surgery, radiology, or internal medicine.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Confident communicator who can motivate, align, and inspire teams.
• Forward-thinking leader who thrives on innovation and growth.
