Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an accredited institution.
• License to practice in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication style.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership, set clinical standards, and champion AAHA-aligned, Fear Free patient care.
• Perform general practice and dental procedures, including routine soft-tissue surgeries.
• Oversee case management and collaborate on protocols, workflow, and quality improvement.
• Mentor veterinarians and support staff; foster a positive, learning-focused culture.
• Balance appointment and surgery days; patient mix includes wellness and illness cases.
• Weekday schedule with no late evenings, rotating Saturdays, Sundays closed.
• Engage in community outreach and client education initiatives.
