The ideal candidate is a veterinarian with leadership experience, strong communication, empathy, and a passion for mentoring teammates. AVMA‑accredited credentials, active licensure, and DEA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA‑accredited college.
• Active state license in good standing (or pursuing).
• Current DEA license in good standing (or willing to obtain).
• Commitment to veterinary excellence and ethics.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing medical operations.

Responsibilities
