Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college.
• Active New Mexico veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure before start date.
• NAVLE completion.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in small animal medicine, surgery, and preventive care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff.
• Commitment to practicing evidence-based veterinary medicine.
• Excellent diagnostic, medical, and surgical skills.
• Passion for team development, hospital growth, and patient care excellence.
