Global Talent Partners is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director in Holyoke, MA to lead a well-equipped small animal hospital. The role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care and team mentorship, offering a compensation up to USD 200,000 per year.

The hospital emphasizes mentorship, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to high standards of medical care, with a weekday daytime schedule and limited Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Massachusetts license or eligibility to obtain.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Several years of small animal clinical experience.
• Leadership or lead-doctor experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical leadership and set clinical standards.
• Mentor veterinarians and support staff.
• Maintain a hands-on caseload in preventive care, internal medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Guide diagnostics using in-house imaging.
• Partner with hospital manager on operations and client service.
• Ensure compliant medical records and client communication standards.
• Support recruitment and training of clinical team.
• Full-time weekday day shifts with limited Saturday rotation.
