Ethos Veterinary Health in Hunt Valley, Maryland, seeks a Medical Director to lead AVIM&O, CVSS, and Pet+ER and to partner on strategic hospital growth while maintaining an active specialty caseload. The role blends clinical leadership with mentorship, medical standards governance, and collaboration with cardiology, neurology, and ophthalmology teams across the Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center campus.

Competenze

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Maryland licensure.
• Board certification in ACVIM, ACVS, ACVR, ACVO, ACVECC or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, mentorship, or management experience.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across services.
