Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Minimum 5 years as Emergency Clinician or 2+ years as board-certified Specialist.
• Active veterinary license in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership, conflict resolution, and multitasking.
• Strong communication skills to explain new ideas and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Upholding medical quality standards (patient care, client and referral veterinarian satisfaction, and patient safety).
• Supporting quality and operational initiatives.
