Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Paramus, NJ is seeking a collaborative veterinary leader with clinical experience to serve as Medical Director, partnering with hospital administration to foster community and elevate medical quality.

The role focuses on upholding patient care standards, supporting operational initiatives, and building a clinician-driven culture while recruiting and engaging staff and referring veterinarians.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• 5 years' experience as Emergency Clinician or 2+ years as board-certified Specialist.
• Active veterinary license in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to lead by example, resolve conflicts, motivate others, multi-task, and problem solve.
• Strong communication skills to explain new ideas and protocols and resolve client/pDVM concerns.
