• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in a veterinary organization.
• Board-certified veterinary specialist, emergency clinician, or related leadership role.
• Ability to manage conflict with maturity and grace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Medical Services team, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of doctors.
• Collaborate with the Hospital Director to manage operations, improve patient care, and enhance team engagement.
• Oversee department workflows to ensure high-quality, compassionate care and efficient operations.
• Manage hospital finances, including budget and expenses.
• Foster strong referral partner relationships and support team members in building connections.
