A highly rated small animal hospital in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Medical Director to lead its multi-doctor team! This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who wants to guide medical standards and team culture while staying hands-on in clinical practice. The full-service facility is equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house laboratory diagnostics, alongside an on-site pharmacy and grooming services. The caseload is varied and rewarding, spanning wellness and preventive care, puppy and kitten care, senior pet care, internal medicine, dermatology, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, end-of-life care, and same-day urgent care during business hours. You will lead a fantastic team of associate veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, working alongside a dedicated hospital manager with the backing of senior leadership. About You

• Passionate about mentoring and supporting fellow veterinarians
• Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style
