Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio or able to obtain Ohio license.
• Several years of clinical experience with leadership potential.
• Strong clinical judgement with emphasis on medical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital's medical direction, standards and clinical development.
• Mentor and coach veterinary team; foster professional growth.
• Attract, retain and empower doctors while collaborating with operational leadership.
